The Chasers rule. I was lucky enough to spend some time as a member of this band before I moved away from Seattle in 2015 and it was, in many ways, the most fun I've ever had in a band. Insanely talented players who are fearless in their approach at interjecting math, humor, beauty and ugliness into rock music. And, the live show was where it all truly came together. I had the daunting task of replacing the 2nd guitar seat that previously belonged to a notorious guitar shredder known as The Ice Wizard. I played my first show with the band without a single rehearsal, arriving to the stage straight from the airport, in fact! I still can't believe it worked but from that moment I felt like I belonged there.
